The house is currently available
May 31 to June 14 at $900 / week

August 30 - September 27 at $900 / week

For rentals June-September, we ask that half of the rental fee be paid at the time of reservation. The balance is due on June 1. Please remember that our property is a smoke-free and tent-free zone. Also, fires are not permitted.

OFF SEASON RATES

$100 / night plus $45 cleaning fee, minimum 3 nights

We ask that half of the rental fee be paid at the time of reservation, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the reservation date. Please remember that our property is a smoke-free and tent-free zone.
