 June @ $900 / week
1st half July @ $1,400 / week
2nd half July @ $1,450 / week
1st half August @ $1,450 / week
2nd half August @ $1,400 / week
September @ $900 / week

For rentals June-September, we ask that half of the rental fee be paid at the time of reservation. The balance is due on June 1. Please remember that our property is a smoke-free and tent-free zone. Also, fires are not permitted.

OFF SEASON RATES

$150 / night, minimum 3 night
Weekly rate: $900
