For the summer of 2010 the house is currently available

June 5 - June 26 @ $900 / week
June 26 - July 3 @ $1,350 / week
July 3 - July 10 @ $1,350 / week
July 10 - July 17 @ $1,350 / week
July 17 – July 24 @ $1,450 / week
July 24 – July 31 @ $1,450 / week
July 31 - Aug 7 @ $1,450 / week
Aug 7 - Aug 14 @ $1,450 / week
Aug 14 - Aug 21 @ $1,350 / week
Aug 21 - Aug 28 @ $1,350 / week
Aug 28 - Sep 4 @ $1,350 / week
Sep 4 - Oct 2 @ $900 / week

For rentals June-September, we ask that half of the rental fee be paid at the time of reservation. The balance is due on June 1. Please remember that our property is a smoke-free and tent-free zone. Also, fires are not permitted.

OFF SEASON RATES

$150 / night, minimum 3 night
Weekly rate: $900
